                                    Plexiglas® brand acrylic is a transparent, solid, and lightweight thermoplastic made of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA). and one of the highest-grade and most adaptable plastics in the world It is known for being less than half the weight of glass, but much more flexible and impact-resistant.It is also 100% recyclable. Acrylics are typically more environmentally stable than other plastics making them a good option for exterior uses where durability is important. It has glass-like or optical clarity and is available in clear as well as a range of transparent, translucent, and opaque color options, plus a selection of surface textures and patterns. Another benefit over glass is its ability to block up to 99% of UV light It is easily machined, drilled, and shaped using heat.
