King Plastic VHMW (Very High Molecular Weight)
King Hy-Pact® VH (very high molecular weight polyethylene) was developed by King Plastics to be an alternative plastic to UHMW. King Hy-Pact® VH performance falls between HDPE and UHMW making it ideal for installations where its ultimate abrasion and impact resistance are not necessary but where HDPE doe not provide enough durability.
When used properly, King Hy-Pact® VH allows distributors and manufacturers to reduce costs while suffering no performance loss. Naturally, good design practices dictate that new applications should always be tested before full-scale operations begin.
