G-11 High Temp Glass Epoxy Phenolic

Phenolic G-11 (NEMA G-11) is a fiberglass composite laminate. It is made from a filament glass cloth material in an epoxy resin binder. Phenolic G-11 has excellent physical, mechanical, and electrical properties at both room and elevated temperatures. It has excellent machining characteristics, outstanding dimensional stability, superior creep resistance, and excellent high-temperature and performance characteristics. This often makes it a popular choice over many of its counterparts. G-11 is a NEMA Grade material and is considered the premier material for use as a Class F insulation in electrical power generation and transmission equipment. Phenolic G-11 complies with the requirements of MIL-1-24768/3, Type GEB.
